Chanukah is a joyous Holiday, the celebration of freedom and the miracle of light. My research of the meaning and use of the Chanukiah revealed that the first Chanukkiot were round and the use of the light was to enhance the story of the miracle of Chanukah. I have taken this idea and developed it into a spiral graduating upwards to form the shape of a flame. When lighting your candles in this Chanukiah the reflections on the high polished silver gives a powerful never ending reflection of light, a spectacular experience of the miracle of Chanukah.
